services. Quite simply, how a job begins has a huge impact on where it will end. That's why we put such a heavy focus on this part of the process.

Preconstruction Services

•	Estimating We provide accurate estimates with updates as plans are completed and bid out all areas of the work.
•	Value Engineering We review all documents for optimal constructability, construction methods, and material selection.
•	Subcontractor Pre-Qualification We carefully review every subcontractor's history and quality of work before choosing them.
•	Scheduling Early in the process we develop a CPM schedule to identify issues of timing and coordination.

Construction Services

We thoroughly plan each project so the execution of the work is much easier.
However, there are still critical issues that must be addressed to ensure that the project
meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

•	Cost Control On most of our projects, we contract with a guaranteed maximum price for the work.
•	Field Management Our superintendents are very respected and experienced and have full authority to do their jobs.
•	Quality Control We coordinate materials, critical dimensions, and timing of installation to ensure the delivery of a problem-free building.
•	Safety Management We are dedicated to the highest level of safety for our employees and subcontractors. Throughout every project our safety professionals carefully monitor work activity to address any issues promptly and effectively.

	•	BosseMattingly has been accepted into the Kentucky OSHA AGC Chase Program at the White Level and we are currently progressing to the Blue Level.

	•	Bosse Mattingly Constructors was recently recognized by Associated General Contractors (AGC) as an award winner in the top category of the National AGC Safety Award (NASA) program. Bosse Mattingly Constructors safety program was recognized with a Zero Incident Rate for the year 2010 in the Building Division, 50,000+ hours. The Bosse Mattingly Constructors achievement was based on working more than 110,000 hours without a lost workday. The NASA program has been an ongoing effort since 1991 to recognize AGC members for safety excellence.

	•	We also partner with the Associated General Contractors of Kentucky for safety consultation services to increase professionalism and raise awareness of our safety program.
