About Paul Mattingly
Paul Mattingly has nearly 30 years of experience serving clients needs in the construction industry. As a principal with founding partner A J Bosse, Paul has been with BosseMattingly from inception and continues to work in all facets of business development, pre-construction and project management. He has experience in many building types and uses. Prior to the formation of BosseMattingly, Paul worked for 14 years at GENCO, Inc. performing similar duties.
Paul has built his career on the foundation of a sound education. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Kansas State University and a Master of Business Administration from Bellarmine University. He has worked tirelessly to promote and improve the construction industry through affiliation with several industry groups. He is National Past-President of the American Institute of Constructors (AIC), based in Alexandria, VA. With AIC he holds certification of Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) and was promoted to Fellow, the highest membership level of the organization. Locally, Paul has served as President of the Associated General Contractors of Kentucky for 2 terms and serves as a member of their Board of Directors. Paul also serves as a member of the American Council of Construction Education, an accrediting body for post-secondary construction programs at universities throughout the United States and Canada. He has been an industry representative for Visiting Teams on accreditation visits at schools since 2002. In the past, he served as a Board of Director and mentor for the ACE mentoring program which, is an after-school program for high school students interested in careers in architecture, construction and engineering.
