Bosse Mattingly Constructors, Inc builds Mockingbird Terrace Condominiums with LEED in mind!
Mockingbird Terrace Condominiums is located on a rugged four-acre hillside site overlooking the scenic Mockingbird Valley are of Louisville, Kentucky. Major efforts were directed towards creating a design solution, which would blend with existing homes of the valley while offering spectacular views of the surrounding area. The building massing was designed to create a lodge-like feeling with comfortable residential details and off-sets. Designed by Potter and Associates Architects with emphasis on Green!

Latest Projects
Bosse Mattingly Constructors utilizes aggressive timeline to successfully complete 40,000 square feet three story Spalding Suites Residence Hall. The completion of the project fit the goals of a traditional Downtown as mandated in Louisville's Cornerstone 2020 project. They handle the stress of a seemingly impossible deadline with planning, communication, and quality while closely monitoring the budget." The groundbreaking was February 4, 2011; Students began occupying the building on August 1, 2011.
Bosse Mattingly Constructors breaks ground on Miralea, the premier independent living community on Masonic Homes of Kentucky's Louisville campus, offering 90 apartment residences and 12 patio homes. Common areas will include creative arts center, television/media room, natatorium and fitness facility, multi-purpose room and dining venues.
Construction officially began September 19, 2011 with the groundbreaking and is expected to take 13 months to complete. Masonic Homes has been in operation since 1867.
